Health Priority Support began in 2009 with a single exam room, a team of five, and a simple frustration: healthcare was getting more complicated every year, while patients were getting lost in the middle. Our founders — a family physician and a patient navigator — started by doing what the system had forgotten: explaining things clearly, following up after every visit, and treating every patient like family.
